The first thing you’ll notice is the 30-50% of Grand Palm land is left undeveloped and preserved--giving us native green spaces, and natural corridors and wetlands for wildlife. These lush green belts weave their way throughout our homes and common spaces. We have 52 lakes or ponds that enhance the natural beauty of our community and attract wild turkeys, sandhill cranes, bobcats and all the other wildlife you can see here daily.

About Us
Here, neighborhood residents enjoy a wide range of activities. Grand Palm features 28 miles of recreational trails for walking, running and biking. The Palm House fitness center has three separate rooms to work out on your favorite equipment, also includes a resort-style pool with waterslide and a lap pool with spa, the splash park and Adventure Playground entertain the kids. The Social Club offers a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, game and gathering spaces and an open-café kitchen for residents to enjoy.
Adventure Lake with Lookout Point Island invite kayaking and features two fishing piers. Basketball, tennis, bocce ball, and volleyball courts provide more opportunities for enjoying sports. Pet owners appreciate the two dog parks, Big Barks for large dogs and Playful Paws for small dogs.
